Common Questions
How is the trial different from the free plan?
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial that unlocks every premium module — no credit card required. When it ends you either upgrade to Pro or move to the free plan, which keeps your core project management with the advanced modules paused.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. If you don't subscribe, the workspace switches to the free plan: boards, backlog, cards, checklists and search stay fully usable, while Roadmap, Retrospectives, Metrics, Whiteboards and Wiki wait behind an upgrade. Turn them back on anytime.
How do seats work?
Every plan is free for 2 users — 2 seats included, forever. On Pro you add more as your team grows at $9 per seat per month, or $90 per year. Seat changes are prorated and take effect right away.
Can I cancel anytime — and what happens to my data?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Your roadmaps, wikis, whiteboards, retros and metrics are never deleted — they're paused, and come right back if you resubscribe.
What if a payment fails?
A failed payment won't lock you out. We retry over a grace window and keep your premium access while it gets sorted, so a card hiccup never interrupts your team.
What if my team goes over its seats?
You're never hard-blocked. If members exceed your seats, the workspace owner keeps full control and other members switch to read-only until you add seats or adjust the team — nothing is lost.
