Kanban board or scrum board?
They are the same board wearing different rhythms. A kanban board runs on continuous flow: cards are pulled whenever capacity frees up, and the columns never reset. A scrum board runs on a sprint cadence: the team plans a batch of work, pulls from it for a fixed period, then reviews, retrospects, and plans the next batch. The columns — To do, In progress, Done — look almost identical; the difference is when work enters them.
